Truly an amazing album! There's a lot of great songs on here. I will say, Rebound (Omnia Remix) is simply an addictive song to listen to. This group has a very unique sound to their music, and they're just incredible. No doubt, their music can put you in "A State of Trance!"
Not too hard and not too soft!

Good bpm and mix of electronic and acoustic elements. I look pretty hard for albums that have these features. Also good track per $ pricing.

I'm late to the Above & Beyond party, but OMG, this is one fantastic album. OK, so I have yet to listen to an A&B album that is not fantastic - just my kind of music!

in this new episode of Anjunabeats is a great job in terms of how to mix the songs. Anjunabeats Volume 9 is different from previous episodes I really like the originality in the work they do
I hope to continue innovating with their great music congratulations!!!
Above & Beyond is EDM at its best - hands down.

If I had to choose an album that best encompassed electronic dance music, it would Anjunabeats, Vol. 9. The perfect mix of classic trance vibes, contemporary trance, minimal house, progressive house, breakdowns, build-ups, lots of unique synth tunes here. 'Frequency Flyer', 'iPeople', and 'Bloom' are some of the best productions of modern trance. 'Electrified' and 'Bipolar' are great as well. Those would be mentioning the standout tracks, but every bit of this album is terrific. Mat Zo, Arty, Andrew Bayer, and the rest of the Anjunabeats label is really the future of trance, house, and EDM as a whole. Two thumbs up, A&B.
Lacks emotion.

I'm a huge fan of Above and Beyond and Anjunabeats, but I was a little diasapointed. I was counting on deep, emotional tracks Above and Beyond are famous for (Can't Sleep, Alone Tonight, Let Go), but it just sounds like synth dance tracks from start to finish. Overall it wasn't my favorite volume.

I don't know how you guys constantly put out quality music but I'm not complaining. I have a huge playlist of Anjunabeats/Anjunadeep stuff that I work to everyday, this is a very welcome edition.
Invigorating

As per usual, a fantastic compilation by Above & Beyond. It definitely includes the broadest genre selection of any of the Anjunabeats volumes, but they fit together seamlessly. The favourites are Keyworth [feat. Breakfast] - Median, Above & Beyond [feat. Zoë Johnston] - You Got to Go (Kyau & Albert Remix), and Sunny Lax - Contrast.
A great experience!

this compilation is quite different from the previous ones. nevertheless, A&B demonstrate one more time why they are one of the best dj's worldwide. Anjunabeats is an art, and it sets itself far away from regular electronic music. If you are interested in going through an amazing musical journey, buy this amazing album!!!! And remember ...
"there is no Anjuna without beats"
I was hoping for a Gem like vol. 7 & 8

Really nice tracks on this compilation, but I wasn't blown away like I was with volumes 7 & 8. Of course, I'm in love with most of the songs on this album, so don't get me wrong. However, I don't know if it is the fact that some of the tunes were already released or the fact that I had already heard some of the tracks on TATW, but I did feel like something was lacking from the album. A little disappointed but I'm a loyal supporter of Anjunabeats & TATW through and through.
Amazing...........

This album is incredible! I love Anjunabeats Vol. 6 & 7 becuase each one has such a strong atmospheric mood or setting, this carries on the tradition with a wonderfully futuristic, dynamic, metropolitian ambience. Simply fantastic, I love music that transports me into a different time and place, and this does exactly that!
The best in the world!!!!

Lots of filler tracks in here. I already have all of the "best" tracks: iPeople, Freqency Flyer, Kate. Not a fan of "Mozart"..big letdown considering the talents of Arty and Mat Zo. Good complimation, especially for people new to the genre. But trance listeners will find a lot of tracks that sound familiar (Bloom=Synapse Dynamics, anyone?) or that just seem like the artist was going through the motions. 3.5 stars.
What Happened???

I'm not a big fan of Above & Beyond. I don't really like their style or their productions, but I'm a huge fan of the Anjunabeats label. There's just so much talent there. Anjunabeats Vol.8 was incredible and I loved it, so I was expecting a lot from Vol.9. Anjunabeats Vol.9 is a complete disappointment:(
Beautiful
