Enough of the rappers on each song, annoying already! DAMON voice is enough to make a great album ….. hope he reads this. Until then. I’m out.
Love this album so much!

It’s SO GOOD. I have been listening to it on repeat for days now. Side note- I lost my dad this past year too, so it speaks to me in a way I didn’t even know I needed.
Amazing album

This album is amazing. Bringing meaningful posthumous features really made this project cool to listen too
This is my favorite album of 2026

I absolutely love this album. I think it’s the Gorillaz’s best album today. I love it. I play it constantly. Keep on doing what you do Gorillaz. I love you guys.
EMOTIONALLY ENCHANTING POWERHOUSE

From the first track to the very last (before watching the short film and four extra tracks on the deluxe version) you are completely lost within the world of Gorillaz once more. The album fully captures the theme of mortality and the celebration of death. With mind-blowing emotional lyrics and beautiful instrumental music from India, it really served so much passion being heard through this album. There really is no album like this since Plastic Beach. Out of all the albums from Gorillaz, this one is truly a masterpiece. (For those who are confused or didn’t vibe with it, what do you mean? I understand Gorillaz is meant for smart people, but come on.)
An excellent comeback

I’ve listened to the album several times taking to mind the themes Damon and crew were trying to play for us and I can honestly say this might one of their best albums!
This is the best album ever!

Have always been a big fan of their radio hits, decided to give this a listen all the way through and loved it!

Man I really loved this band for a long time, 1st album that was garbage was Humanz, but Iv like every album since then, but this might be worse then Humanz. There isn’t a single decent track on this. And I thought I sampled enough songs to decide if I liked it enough, but I guess I was fooled by a few parts within the songs. Absolute garbage. And I completely get it some artists/bands need to experiment every now and then. I really wish they would go back more to there rock/ roots mixed with hip hop here and there though. Maybe the next album be will be better!
Beautiful

Gorillaz is back and better than ever with a direct sequel to Demon Days. Both the singles and new tracks are more than superb.

this “band” has always been overrated
this is just another album to add to their pile of trash they previously released

While not perfect, this album is a refreshing return to form for Gorillaz. The story and concept pull you in and songs like “the moon cave, the happy dictator, the manifesto, and Damascus” are powerful and well structured. Plus the hand drawn short film and various artworks for this phase have been great.
