A great album by some great monkeys, overall good but only 2 songs are just Gorillaz. Plus not enough Damon.
Give This A Try

If you don’t like “Humanz” you need to watch Reject False Icons. It helps admire the creation and process that is put into each of the songs.
The older ones are better

the music is original and sounds cool, but this isn’t my favorite album. i know that gorillaz was based on collabs, but not collabs that completely override the songs. i think the best point of the bois™ was 2000.. excited for their comeback tho !!!!

Not a Gorillaz Album

The album has 3 Gorillaz songs, the rest are by (in my opinion) mostly not very talented rappers, so if you want a 2017 rap album get it, if you want a Gorillaz album don't buy it.

I've followed Gorillaz for years and have bought vinyls for each album and love every bit. This album was pretty good, but it wasn't Gorillaz, it's leaning more to the visual side of what made them popular and not focusing on the music side, or yes they are focusing on music, but it's being overtaken by the visuals, you can even see that by looking at the Saturn Barz. To be honest I honk they're just doing what they did back in 2000 that made them popular, mixing genres, but to be completely honest, they are focusing more on pop, and not really mixing it's honestly a 90-10 mix of 90 being pop and 10 being something else, don't get me wrong I like some pop or rap etc, but this album just doesn't sound like Gorillaz.

Has anyone else noticed that all the songs but 2 feature a random artist, and 2D seems to be the only original vocalist still in there? The music isn't terrible I guess, but it certainly isn't gorillaz any more.
Amazing and an instant classic from the world's best best cartoon band.

Best song being Momentz, a 3rd and adrenaline filled collaboration with De La Soul. Easily above Demon Days for me.
