Ok, so I LOVE LOVE LOVE BLG and this song more than words can describe, but this video was just ok for me. I don't like how Martin is like barely in it and the main character is just this random dude. But then I saw the new version of this video, (the Tom Lord-Alge mix), and its the absolute BEST music video EVER!!! But this version is still REALLY cool and BLG will always be the BEST band EVER!!! So buy this video AND the newer version of it RIGHT NOW!!! =D <3 =D <3

This video I think could be somewhat better, but still a good one none the less. I does kinda help get the point of the lyrics across, but I think they should have focoused more early on the point of the song...... But either way, I bought it, knowing full well what the video was. I guess its all up to you. I did it, because the whole CD and band is great. I just want all their videos. I am hoping for Heels Over Head to be a single! Cant wait!

Boys Like Girls has emerged as one of those bands that produces a clean sound and really comes across as really musical to me. They certainly have the potential to really expand in popularity and drop into the mainstream with bands that have kind of been on the scene a little longer. Personally, I'm waiting to see what a second album will sound like and if anybody knows about the potential for that, please respond to this review; I'm sure I'm not the only one waiting for that. But anyway, the video. As I mentioned earlier, Boys Like Girls is made up of great musicians and I would have been a little more impressed with the video if it would have synchronized what was happening on screen with the music a little more like you see in some other music videos. I can understand where the story line of the video maybe didn't lend itself to that too well, but the really hard accents and entrances deserve some visual credit, if you know what I mean. Even if it was just a door opening or something. The end is synchronized a little bit better I think and I hope this is the beginning of improved screenplay by these guys. Don't get me wrong though; I love the song, and like the video, but I just thought that maybe it was just lacking just that little bit that makes the video really get to you. By all means, buy this thing up. Let these guys get the money to produce another album. They need the growing room! But if you really want to see a well-synced video, check out Linkin Park's "What I've Done." Not really comparable to this, but definitely well put-together.
