A Classic Hard Rock Album

This is early ac dc at their best. Hard rocking with great guitar that never stops. Bon Scott was at his peak. Angus is the energizer bunny. One of my favorite albums of the late 1970’s.
I LOVE AC\DC

Nothing to prove.
Bon Scott went out like a boss.
On top.
To leave the world after dropping this masterpiece is simply perfection.
Naturally that’s how it unfolded.. it’s AC/DC.
The end of volume one.
Every single song on this record is supposed to be there.
Fate.
H2H is an ordained gift.

I love this album and it’s sad that it was the last that featured Bon Scott. This has some great under appreciated songs (because AC/DC has so many hits) like If You Want Blood, Night Stalker, Girls Got Rhythm… The band really took off in the States after this album.

Probably the most well rounded album AC/DC ever put out, and I include "Back in Black" Top notch rockers, balls to the walls bass and drums, and the inimitable Bon Scott. But even with the testosterone flowing like mad, one of the best cuts on the album is the closer "Night Prowler" a thoughtful, well done song one wouldn't necessarily expect from AC/DC.
Essential listening.

This album is incredible on all edges. Malcom’s gritty riff on “Highway to Hell” starts off the album with punchy song about the horror of touring all over the world. We finish the song, and jump right onto “Girls Got Rythm”. The rest is history.
