He Staind...Alice in Chains called. They want their sound back, cause you obviously borrowed it. It still sounds pretty cool though.

this is a really good album and who ever reads this should buy it. but i was a little dissapointed by the sound. its not as heavy metal as break the cycle. but other wise still awsome.

I love this album! Aaron Lewis's vocals are showcased well in the most of the songs.
I like all of the songs but here are a few of my favorite:
This is It
All I Want
Pardon Me
The Corner
Tangled Up In You

You are past 35 years old. Please stop writing the same song over and over again. It's not cute anymore. No one really likes you.
Inspiration?

All i want to say is if you see a review like the one "Kabuto James" wrote, that should tell you to buy the album, now. Thats touching and all I can hope is for Aaron Lewis to see it.

I'm not a huge Staind fan, but this music really inspires. This is one of the few albums I could play over and over again and still love. There's something about it that, even just listening to the 30 second pieces, makes me want to buy the CD. And now I'm off to do that. :) I definitely recommend it.
Great Album!!

Staind, you guys have changed my life. When I was 13 yrs. old, I was in a lot of pain, and wanted to kill myself, because I blamed myself for the death of my grandfather. But I didn't obviously. Anyways, I have always like the music that you guys make, and through it, I have gained a new outlook on life, and I will now life everyday to the fullest. I will try to let go of the past, and make the best of the present, and hope for an even better tomorrow. Once again, THANK YOU STAIND!!!
hell yeah!!
