Not only is the song awesome, the music video fits so well with the song - and all with a brick wall and some paint! I had to constantly remind myself that it was an animation, not a video (except at the end). Sweet!!
Great!

Now I know this isn't the intro but it's the first "song" on the album so I will refer to it as the intro. This video capitalizes on the heavy-hitting intro (Song of the Century) this music video shows the beginning of Christian and Gloria's story. It shows the effed up little town he grew up and introduces Gloria. Who, in my opinion is his way of getting away from a bad home where his presence is unwanted. I think that the car fixing scene symbolizes them running away. That's just me though. PS this song is even better live in Washington, D.C.! :)

This was the video that got me started on Green Day. I saw it a couple months ago and now I have all of Green Day's songs on my ipod. I like the sound of their earlyer songs, but I love the new album. Its really deep. And I like the new style too. And Billie Joe is HOTT! This video is awesome, I like the graphics.
Awesome!!!!!!

And to all u people who say this song is bad, don't comment on the videos then it just ruins it for other people!!! If u don't like the songs keep it to ur self!! Green Day is the best band ever in the world!! If it's the new Green Day or the old Green Day, they r amazing!! I hate it when people talk bad about them! It really makes me sooo mad!!!!

This is not only one of green day's finest songs, but one of their finest videos. This was their first animated video, however it felt as lively as if it were live action.
the best!!!!
