Song that became a popular hit when I was in elementary school

This song rocks, because it became popular when I was in elementary school. I was just about to grade from there 13 years ago when this song became a popular hit. Shakira is still popular.

When this song first came out I was only 4 years old. It was one of my favorite songs then and it's still one of my favorites now. Even though the music video quality is just a little bit poor I still give it 5 stars. I think It's super cute :)
Lo mejor!!! Shakira !!!!!!!!!!!!

This video isn't the greatest. Shakira does some suggestive and mildly inapropreate dance moves. She wears suggestive clothing too. She looks kind of dirty in this video, but very clean as well. The song has some suggestive words in it too. Not explicit words, but very suggestive. Although the video isn't the greatest, the song is great.
Low Quality Video
