We all thought JLo would play a tribute to Selena during Selena VIVE tribute concert in 2005 in Houston, TX but because of schedule conflict she couldn’t. Better late than never. JLo truly paid 100% tribute to Selena in 2015 at the Latin Billboard Awards and just went FIRST CLASS all the way with her tribute to the Reina. Jennifer sounded amazing and showed everyone she CAN SING!!! …Her change of outfits had Selena style written all over them. Thank you Jlo for remembering the Queen of Latin Music.

She's not the real Selena. She never will be. She only got famous because she did the part of Selena in the movie. I don't think they should have allowed her to sing any of Selena's songs.

So beautiful to see someone who has became an icon to Latino community honor a the legend that catapulted her. She shows grace and love for Selena. The arrangement although not perfect is def a testament to a legacy. Jennifer showcases a pretty credible range giving her limitations vocally.

Respect for JLo, but her voice is no where near Selena’s. Honestly feel she was not the right person for the tribute. Soooo many other talented women that can actually sing and not just put on a show that would have done a better job. So many other women that actually sing Tejano music not just try to continue to ride Selena’s name! Not close at all!
