idk if tøp actually reads these or if they care to read the ones from an album so old but i need to get this out
tyler and josh,
ik ill prolly never meet you guys bc im js a girl from some random city in washington but i need you to know this: you saved my life and youre the reason i keep going. your albums keep me going. my friend told me that saturday our friend noah committed suicide, and he died yesterday at the hospital in Seattle Wa. i forever will listen to this album and remember him and i will stay alive for him, and you guys. i want to know why he did it but i know that hes gone and ill never know what caused it. i met him twice, at my friends church and i danced w him once, thats it. ive never met you guys but through this music i feel like weve been friends since i first started listening 8 years ago. i thank God everyday that i have you guys even if you dont know me, i just wish noah knew you and heard your message. i love you guys like my brothers and i hope that if you read this you know that you have such an amazing impact on people all over and an even greater purpose. i hope you guys never stop creating these peices of perfection. ❤️

I know people love Trench, but for my money, Vessel is as close to flawless as an album can get. Top-to-bottom, there isn’t a weak track anywhere to be found.
The first time I heard about you

Ode to sleep 9.5/10: awesome rap and techno beat, very contradictory to what you might expect from a song called ode to sleep.
Holding on to You 10/10: perfect amount of rap, and you can feel the emotions through his screams and lyrics. Amazing.
Migraine 9/10: cool beat, tongue twisting lyrics, and very deep meanings.
House of gold 10/10: written for moms. Such a feel good song, my personal favorite on this album, makes a grown man tear up from beauty yet simplicity.
Car Radio 10/10: very emotional and heart breaking, yet very relatable, making that the saddest part of the song. His screams channel his emotion of the deadly silence you feel when it’s just you and your thoughts.
Semi Automatic 8/10: robotic sound to it, which switches to a piano I’m pretty sure. Cool song. Catchy
Screen 9/10: another personal favorite of mine, really feels like a love song, until he switches to his signature rapping in which you go from tears, to vibing.
The Run and Go 8/10: catchy piano and overall great song. Wont get tired of it
Fake you out 9/10: catchy beat, and you can feel emotions through this one. Very fast rap
Guns for hands 9/10 iconic song, and cool piano. Relatable lyrics, which makes me love it more.
Trees 7/10: cool song I guess. Live though, is a 10/10
Truce 9/10: short and sweet, nothing but pure emotion.
Wow
