This is just sad. Praying he turns back to Jesus. :(
Powerful Message

This song is a powerful message. All the "regligious" people in these reviews giving it 1 stars are pretty sad. They don't want us to be proud of who we are. David is, and now he's showing it through his songs. DEAL WITH IT!
100% Courage

I’ve followed David since idol. This song is the exhale of the terrible stress he was battling with himself and faith. This whole situation is so much more complicated than any of us know. His mother is a BLESSING for walking with her son. Stand proud, David. I’m with you.
Nope.

There’s nothing more beautiful than a mother’s unbreakable, unshakable, undeniable love for her child. The fact that David recognizes that, is also beautiful.
Great & honest song...

Ignore the bashing from the people that believe in fantasies & some kind of mythologies. The world will be a better place without all these ignoramus. Seriously.
Ignore the homophobes and low reviews!!!

This is a wonderful song. Much love to David and all he’s been through. The fake Christians can’t stand him loving his life and finding happiness without the church.
How this vocal blessing touched souls

You know it’s a blessed piece of work when it touches so many hearts & minds instantly. That’s why the unwarranted, mean spirited & derogatory comments hold value for so many of them. They find jubilation in their malicious remarks. As the saying goes “ hurt people hurt people “ Remember: There is a calling on your life for good and No Weapon Formed against thee Shall Prosper!
This song is an Anthem for taking your life back.

This song says it all about man made churches try to control members. And a mother’s love and support of her child who does not fit the church’s mold anymore.the best for me is the singers near the end. It makes it sound like a church song, but it’s not. Perfect lyrics !
Great Vocals, Rhythm & Declaration of FAITH💞📿

Here is a confession, that is so candid and raw; it also inspires.
It is so relatable for me because I too made a similar declaration of faith in my 30’s.
Thank you David. We always appreciate & love you for being so transparent & honest, and for your great vocals!!

Powerful lyrics with a soaring bridge and full production come together in an athem for those who have left man-made religions for community elsewhere.
