I don’t own the digital version but I do own the Cd and man it really is a good album but you all these people saying oh it’s trash or horrible 👁️👄👁️ you haven’t even probably listened to the whole thing also the “Oh Melanie >>>>>>>>💄💋💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻” type simps/stans are annoying I’m mean like Melanie forehead so big I bet Oliver had I concert on there or say American Airlines flight 853 needs landing 🛬 (Melanie’s forehead) don’t get me started on that tooth gap tho but in all best album of tree besides the new one

I genuinely love Oliver’s voice, writing, composition… overall musicality is through the roof with this man! You can tell he went to school for this (I think Berkelee if I remember right). For anyone new to Oliver, I’m about 99% sure he’s in character with everything except for performing his songs, but I could be wrong. This album feels a lot more heartfelt than the last, in my personal opinion. There were some sentimental songs in UIB, but the whole premise of CT is essentially “men are allowed to wear their emotions.” Even with a song like Cigarettes, despite the ironic writing the message is clear: Oliver doesn’t want to smoke anymore but he can’t stop (though he apparently just hit a 1 year mark of not smoking!). Oliver Tree is honestly becoming a huge influence on my personal taste in music, and knowing that he’s gonna keep making bangers like every song on this album, that isn’t ending soon.

Trolls will be trolls. Anyone giving this trash reviews and bashing it just to bash or try to look cool… yeah, sure. Great songwriting, catchy beats, personified characterization, wide range of talented vocal abilities, flow, production value etc etc. This is far beyond better than some of the reviews suggest.
