I own the vinyl album and got the MP3/FLAC download with it, but I wanted to rate it here bc she deserves all of the love for this amazing album!
I have her older releases from before she was singed (check those out on Bandcamp, they’re great! Especially Washington By The Sea, she should put that up on ITunes, press it to vinyl and reissue the CD). If you haven’t heard all of her stuff, give it a listen. I’ve been following her for a couple of years now and was lucky to catch her in my hometown in 2021 before she blew up. Sadly didn’t think to ask for an autograph, I didn’t want to ruin the genuine interaction. She’s great!

Her voice, instrumentation, playing, timing, the mix, and songs! Everything and everyone involved is top notch. This album, and artist, is amazing and refreshing. I can’t remember the last time I added an album to my desert island collection, but this just bumped someone out of the top 10! I am so glad we got there for the opening act for Nathaniel Ratliff in Asheville! I can’t wait to see Sierra headlining next time through. Categorizing them as “Country” is fine, but listen again for the Latin jazz, New Orleans jazz, Hawaiian, Gypsy Jazz, Spanish, and American Classic. I am still listening on repeat and I hear something new to hang on every time.

People listen to Miley and Katy Perry when they could listen to this blazing star in the deep, deep night sky. It's hard to fathom. A mellifluous voice given by God to a West Virginia gal who is sure to become increasingly famous as both siren and poet. Stay away from this one Nashville. You've done enough harm already.

I remember being stopped dead in my tracks by the sound of this girl. I’ve lived in Nashville all my life, and I’ve heard many street musicians, but not once had any stopped me. I didn’t know who she was, but I could tell there was something special. I asked my wife if she had any cash so that we could tip her. I later found out, thanks to Gems on VHS that it was Sierra Ferrell that I had seen that night. I’ve been listening and supporting her career since 2018 by throwing money or gift cards her way. It’s always refreshing to see true artists get the recognition they deserve.
